Scott joined CIVC in 2004 and has completed transactions in the financial services and business services industries. Current and recent director positions include KPA Services, GWC Warranty Corporation, and Innovative Aftermarket Systems. Prior to joining CIVC, Scott was a Vice President at American Industrial Partners, where he focused on
acquisitions in the industrial growth and business services industries. He also previously served as a consultant with McKinsey & Company, advising companies in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, operations, and strategy.
