As VP User Experience Design, Scott brings over 25 years of experience in understanding customers and how to incorporate their needs into software product design. He put his skills to work on overseeing the user experience design of dozens of desktop, Web, and mobile applications and connected applications. Scott holds a Master's degree in
Science from Queen's University, and prior to Macadamian, he worked as part of Bell Northern Research.
Since becoming Vice President of UX at Macadamian in 2010, Scott's focus has been to try and push user and patient centric thinking even further up the product creative process. His ability to lead innovative healthcare solutions has help shift Macadamian to a leading healthcare software & application development company.
Scott loves working in complicated domains; working with organizations to change the way they do design. Scott is a strong believer of "everyone on the team designs the product/experience" and he'll stop at almost nothing to get key decision makers and stakeholders together with UX professionals as soon as possible to aid the creation of a great health product and patient experience.
