Scott Osterhoudt is the Director of Land Survey at BGE. He was a former Project Manager and Technical Discipline Lead at Jacobs.
Scott has more than 17 years of experience in the Survey and Mapping industries. Scott is the Technical Discipline Manager for the 3D Laser Scanning disciplines in the Geospatial Services Group. His duties have included
collaboration with clients on project needs, educating clients and stakeholders on the benefits of laser scanning, quality checking laser scan data, creating control layouts, coordinating with field crews, Project Managers and Scan Techs to insure client’s needs are met and exceeded.
