Scott McCaleb is president of Vulcan Lands, Inc. for Vulcan Materials Company. He began his career with Florida Rock Industries, Inc. in 1994 as president of Arundel Corporation Division in Baltimore, Maryland. In 1997, Mr. McCaleb became the president of Georgia Division in Atlanta, Georgia and he also served as vice president of corporate
development. In 2014, he was promoted to the president of Vulcan Lands. Prior to joining Vulcan, Mr. McCaleb gained experience in real estate development, acquisition planning, investment management and finance as president and owner of McCaleb Investments Inc. located in Jacksonville, Florida. Mr. McCaleb currently serves as chairman of Jacksonville Transportation Authority, trustee and past chairman of the Gator Bowl Association, and board member of the University of North Florida Foundation.
Mr. McCaleb earned his B.S. in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University.
