Scott has spent the better part of the last twenty five years in structured finance. Scott has experience in a wide range of products including life insurance bonds, equity derivatives, funds, securitisation and debt capital markets. Scott has received a number of industry awards recently in recognition of the success of Bedford Row Capital.

Scott is also a Senior Member of Wolfson College, Cambridge and a member of the Endowment Committee.

Scott is a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts and a Fellow of the Institution of Analysts and Programmers. Scott is also involved in a number of charitable activities including helping to establish Max’s Foundation; a member of Lincoln’s Inn, a liveryman of the Worshipful Company of International Bankers and a liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Musicians.

Specialties: Regulation, Legal, Compliance, Technology and Capital Markets. Experience across products including fund management, debt capital markets, sukuk, commercial paper, risk management, legal and regulatory impact and analysis, AML and KYC processes and analytics particular for new product design and distribution. Design and delivery of investment solutions across domiciles with particular focus on assets and cashflow. Types of products include all forms of structured debt and sukuk as well as in open ended fund structures (SICAVs and OEICs) and equity derivatives.
