Mr. Conley has twenty years of software development and technology leadership experience as both a consultant and line manager.
Prior to Finario, Scott was the Chief Strategy Officer at Thoughtworks, a 1,700 person global IT consultancy that delivers custom applications, agile instruction and technology advisory services to Global 1000
corporations.
Mr. Conley designed and delivered products for a diverse client base including: Google, GE, Dell, Barclay’s and Citigroup. Over eight years at Thoughtworks, his role transitioned from software developer to technical leadership to complete operational responsibility over multiple accounts, hundreds of consultants and millions in revenues.
Earlier in his career, Scott worked for a number of organizations, including Verizon and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Mr. Conley received a BS in Computer Science from the University of Florida.
