Scott Chandler is a Managing Director in the Revenue Management department at American Airlines.
His team has the mandate to develop, build and maintain industry-leading revenue management forecasting, optimization, revenue integrity, and decision support tools and processes.
Prior to joining revenue management in 2010, he had spent 14 years
in the operations research group at American Airlines and was a key researcher in the implementation of the O&D revenue optimization and forecasting system for the airline.
He has a bachelor’s in economics and an master’s in operations research from the University of Texas at Austin.
