Sarah founded Blues in 1978 and has worked in a wide range of fields, from teaching at the Cordon Bleu School, director’s lunches and writing cookery books. Sarah judges at The Great Taste Awards and continues to be actively involved in the running of Blues as well as maintaining a good relationship with the cookery schools. Her favourite cookery
styles are vegan and Asian.
