Sara Simeone’s research into the practical business benefits of artificial intelligence began with her master's thesis in 2018 - she is one of the world’s leading authorities on the subject. Sara founded NoCodeLab in May 2025 to address a persistent gap in AI adoption among non-technical business leaders and training programmes that
consistently fail to deliver lasting capability and impact. While most consultancies deploy tool stacks and conduct workshops before leaving teams behind, still confused, NoCodeLab embeds operational expertise that confidently remains within client organisations. Sara brings two decades of business and operations intelligence experience from WPP, Dentsu, Vistaprint and Oriflame. Since May 2025, she has trained more than 3,000 business leaders and worked directly with C-suite teams at small and medium-sized enterprises and agencies across the UK and Europe. Previously, she led a Web3 start-up backed by Animoca Brands, Brinc and Cointelegraph. She has mentored hundreds of start-ups through international accelerator programmes and has served as a lecturer on digital strategy at Manchester Metropolitan University and blockchain at Medieinstitutet (to present day). Sara Simeone is recognised to be among the Top 100 Women of the Future, Innovate Finance's Top Senior Leaders, and Computer Weekly's Most Influential Women in Tech.
