Sara joined Brady in June 2017 and leads HR for all of Brady PLC. She is of Swedish origin and has also spent time living and working in New Zealand before moving to the UK. She brings proven HR leadership experience gained within the B2B software space with global Jade Software Corporation and crime fighting software company Wynyard Group and
security analytics business Cognevo.
Sara brings strong experience in organisational design driving business performance through forward thinking talent acquisition and competence development strategies. Most recently she has developed her own HR consultancy for SMEs in growth mode when we were fortunate enough to attract her to lead our global HR function here at Brady. She is a well-rounded experience with a strong commercial understanding and is accustomed to partnering with leadership teams and delivering HR for comparable organisations with an international footprint.
