Sangram Kale obtained his Ph.D. in Chemistry at National Chemical Laboratory, University of Pune, India in 2013. His Ph.D. work was focused on structure based drug design, medicinal chemistry and development of novel peptide foldamers. Sangram joined group of Christian Heinis at the Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne, Switzerland as a
postdoctoral researcher. His research interest includes discovery and development of new molecule designs for the use in therapy. He is currently working on strategies to diversify chemical and phage-encoded libraries to develop peptide based therapeutics.
