Sandy Young has had extensive business experience in senior executive roles, leading companies through exponential growth. He began his career with Rentokil Initial, a FTSE 100 company, where he held a range of positions across the organisation, ultimately serving as Regional Managing Director for Northern Europe responsible
for 16 businesses with annual sales of £600m and 12,000 staff. Previously, he held the role of Area Managing Director for Asia Pacific overseeing operations across eight countries. He was a member of the Executive Board. He later became the UK Managing Director of Chubb Electronic Security, a division of United Technologies Corporation, leading a significant turn-around of the business. Following that, he became Chief Executive Officer of Allied Healthcare International, a NASDAQ listed provider of health and social care in the UK. During his three-year tenure, he repositioned the company into larger and profitable sectors and oversaw a number of acquisitions. He was instrumental in selling the business to SAGA Group at a 59% premium over its market cap.
