Sandeep Chand joined the iCIMS team in 2011 and serves as the Director of R&D. In this role, he oversees the research, development and delivery of iCIMS' innovative and scalable technology to its customers.
Prior to joining iCIMS, Sandeep was the Director of Application Development at Wyndham Hotel Group where he was responsible for
the delivery of the Enterprise Content Management System. He held a variety of roles of increasing responsibilities at ADP, including developing and successfully launching General Ledger Interface (GLI) - a SaaS offering to its core payroll customers.
Sandeep holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a bachelor of engineering in Computer Engineering from DIT
