Sam, a chartered accountant, has significant experience in the professional services sector, including advising law firms and property consultants.
Prior to joining BigHand, he was working in corporate finance at PwC where he supported management teams, companies and private equity houses on acquisitions, disposals, re-financings and strategic
option reviews. Other roles have included Corporate Development Director for PwC UK and interim Finance Director at Croner Consulting, part of Wolters Kluwer.
At BigHand, Sam is responsible for managing the Global Finance team whilst also sitting on our Executive board.
Sam brings a wealth of commercial and transaction knowledge to the management team, and has a degree in Economics from Bristol University.
