Sam Ngan (顏昭輝) is a serial entrepreneur, business advisor and valuator for tech firms and a part-time speaker.
Sam has over 12 years of experience in the IT system consulting and implementation, financing and valuation industry. Sam have been currently the founder of several Internet companies covering digital marketing, VR and Fintech.
Prior to
this, Sam was a head of strategic and investor relations of Picowork, a revolutionary tech startup, articulated its strategic development plan, raised over USD10M funding and prepared for its listing plan for the Hong Kong GEM Board.
Additionally, Sam worked with GCA, a listed professional service company, offering business financial advisory and valuation service for public and private companies and worked with PCCW on mega system development projects for banks, large enterprises and the government.
Sam was invited to the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, National Chiao Tung University, Hong Kong Baptist University, IACVA, Maker Faire Conference for sharing on his know-how and experience on innovation and Internet technology fields
Sam studied at University of California, Berkeley for Technology Management programe and graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong with a master degree of business administration and bachelor degree of Computer Science.
