Sam Micio is an American investor, entrepreneur, real estate professional, and New York native.
He is the co-founder of What’s the Move? Inc., Green & Gold Capital Group, and Mu Nu Upsilon. He is also the founder of an e-commerce store which he ran from 2016-2019 before attending college at the University of South Florida, where he studied
finance and earned a bachelor's degree in 2022.
Micio has worked on real estate development projects across the eastern United States, including the South Knoxville Waterfront District redevelopment and the Lakewood Ranch master-planned community. Micio has worked with a wide range of real estate uses, including urban commercial opportunity zone development. He has real estate experience across Florida, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Massachusetts, Maryland, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Delaware.
