General Counsel for Silicon Graphics and resided for eight years in Geneva, Switzerland doing business in 65 countries and establishing international locations. He also served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Dysan Corporation and as Department General Counsel for General Electric Company. Sam received his Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the University of Washington School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering degree with honors from Ohio State University.
