Born to CEO he is been rocking khakis and button-downs since age five. Dr. Evil pinky-to-the-lips, that’s as dark as he gets. Sam co-founded Intrepid Learning in 1999, becoming CEO in 2012.
Under his leadership Intrepid developed its first technology products, attracted some of the world’s most innovative companies as clients, sold its
market-leading learning outsourcing and professional services business to Xerox, and founded a new business (Intrepid Learning, Inc.) focused on its pioneering SaaS learning technology.
Sam is past chairman of the board of ATD (Association for Talent Development, formerly ASTD), and regularly keynotes and publishes on forward-looking topics such as next-generation blended learning, MOOCs, innovation, and enterprise learning strategy.
Sam holds a Master’s degree from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s from Yale University.
