Initial startup includes the set up of Unit 1 with a total of 4 Units being fully functional by end of the 4th
year. Each unit startup estimated at $150,000 with annual operating cost of $98,000 and annual earning potential of each unit of $500,000. We are seeking investment in VGI's startup only and are interested in what an equity partner would require.
