Sallie Sutter oversees the company's Professional Services, Technical Services and Education organizations. She is charged with managing Meridian’s enterprise implementation processes and focusing on on-time, quality deliverables. Sutter has led the expansion of many Meridian service offerings including: Prolog Converge Quick Start packages
and upgrade programs for Prolog; pre-packaged products for Proliance such as the Outlook Navigator; a variety of Office Business Applications; and the Meridian Message Bus. Additionally, she was instrumental in the launch of the Meridian Consulting Partner Program.
Sutter brings more than 25 years of experience in customer lifecycle management including customer support, sales operations, professional services, training and quality assurance. Sutter joined Meridian Systems in 2003 and since that time has expand and extended service offerings to include a premier support option, structured and repeatable service programs, eLearning through Meridian University and data center optimization with data synchronization. Prior to joining Meridian, Sutter acquired extensive customer expertise with Agilent Technologies/Objective Systems Integrators. Sutter received her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from University of California, Berkeley.
