Saheed Babajide Okuboyejo technology lawyer, author, and entrepreneur with a diverse career that spans both the legal and entrepreneurial realms. After earning his LL.B. from the University of Lagos in 2005 and being called to the Nigerian Bar in 2006, Okuboyejo furthered his education by obtaining an MBA from the prestigious Gordon Institute of
Business Science, University of Pretoria, South Africa in 2013, where he specialised in sustainability and entrepreneurship. His consultancy work in renewable energy led to the successful development of a 300 MW concentrated solar power plant in South Africa’s Northern Cape. In 2022, he attained an LL.M. in European Private Law from the University of Amsterdam, where his focus on non-normative regulatory approaches to disruptive technologies has positioned him at the forefront of modern technology law issues.
