Mr. Tsui joined Shaw Kwei & Partners in 1999. Previously, he was the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer in the management-led buyout of Flextronics International from its parent, Flextronics Inc. in June 1990, which was led by Kyle Shaw while with Security Pacific. Mr. Tsui remained with Flextronics International, which was listed on
the NASDAQ in 1994, until 2001. He had served in various positions from 1982 to June 1990 for Flextronics Inc., including Vice President of Asian operations. From 1973 to 1982, Mr. Tsui was with National Semiconductor (HK) Ltd., GTE Sylvania Far East Ltd. and NCR (Mfg.) Hong Kong Ltd. Mr. Tsui received Diplomas in Production Engineering and Management Studies from Hong Kong Polytechnic, and a certificate in Industrial Engineering from Hong Kong University. He was born and raised in Hong Kong and has worked across Greater China.
