Rym Bachouche is a UAE-based marketing and growth leader with more than 16 years of experience across startups, scale-ups, and post-IPO companies, specializing in AI and technology ecosystems in the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.
She currently serves as Vice President of Marketing at CNTXT AI, where she leads marketing, communications, and
go-to-market initiatives across AI products and enterprise solutions. Earlier in her career, she held regional leadership roles at Meltwater, where she contributed to the company's journey from startup to IPO and led marketing and commercial operations across EMEA.
Bachouche is also the founder of People of Growth, an advisory firm supporting startups, accelerators, and government-backed programs on commercialization and international expansion across MEA and Europe. She has a background in law, business administration, and digital strategy in France and China, and advocates for ethical AI and inclusive innovation ecosystems. Of French-Tunisian heritage, she speaks French, English, Italian, and Arabic.
