Mr. Sullivan is responsible for the design, construction, financial management and ongoing operations of the facilities. He has worked in a similar capacity for Digital Realty Trust, having built six similar data centers in Dallas, Houston, Chicago and
St Louis.
Mr. Sullivan is an experienced real estate professional who brings 10 years of
experience in development, operations and project management of mission critical facilities to the group. Most recently, he managed a portfolio of datacenter investments across several markets within the Central US at Digital Realty Trust. As an Asset Manager, he was directly responsible for overall strategy and P&L for over 2.3M square feet of technology-related real estate, and oversaw new datacenter development and leasing of over 500K square feet in Dallas, Houston, St. Louis and Chicago. Mr. Sullivan served as a Portfolio Analyst for a
short period previously. Prior to joining Digital Realty Trust, he was a Project Manager for Countrywide Financial, responsible for deployment of contact center infrastructure and management systems for new call center facilities.
Mr. Sullivan received his Bachelors of Business Administration - Real Estate from the University of NorthTexas.
