Russo is the Senior Managing Director at BizSold where his roles include deal structuring, corporate strategic planning, exit planning, deal execution, and marketing. Mr. Russo has negotiated and completed over 500 high-level mergers, acquisitions, and exit planning agreements since 2007.
Mr. Russo has founded and chaired three private
companies all of these companies were successfully acquired by private equity groups and banks.
From 2007-2010 Mr. Russo was a founding director in charge of strategic franchise sales. Durning this time period Mr. Russo and his team successfully closed over 300 transactions.
After the selling the parent company of this business it was time to move on to new opportunities.
From 2011-2016 Mr. Russo and his business partner, Mr. Chierotti launched InternetReputation.com, a new and innovative way to monitor, track and clean up online reputations. In 2015 InternetReputation.con was named an Inc500 company as one of the fastest growing companies in the U.S.
Shortly after receiving the Inc5000 award in 2106, Chierotti & Russo were approached by a private equity firm and sold the company in a highly successful exit.
Russo graduated from the Leeds school of business at the University of Colorado and specializes in online marketing and business development.
Russo has over 15 years experience in business at an international level, including SEO, business development, marketing, and management.
