Like many marketers and communicators, Ryan Knott, Public Relations Specialist at TechSmith Corporation, stumbled into video creation out of necessity and had to learn on the fly. Over the last decade, Ryan has helped create videos for nonprofits, the Michigan Department of Education and — as a coach, communications director and announcer — a
