Mr. King has seven years experience in the resource sector. Prior to joining Calibre Mining Corp. he was responsible for institutional and retail marketing and investor communications with several resources companies including Terrane Metals Corp. 2010 Terrane Metals was acquired by Thompson Creek Mining for +$700M and the company is currently in
construction of the Mt. Milligan copper gold deposit in central British Columbia. Mr. King is currently on the board of directors of Edgewater Exploration Ltd. and Pinecrest Resources was a member of the board of Sandwell Mining which executed a reverse takeover with MBAC Fertilizer a TSX listed company with advanced stage phosphate and potash projects in Brazil.
