Ryan Johnson is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at SlyceData.
Ryan has spent his career exploring the world of early stage technology as investor and entrepreneur. He has participated in building several international companies, including Livescribe, maker of the Pulse™ and Echo™ smartpens. He received a B.S. in Bioengineering from UC
Berkeley and a M.S. in Technological Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University.
Above all else, Ryan is an designer. He's designed everything from medical devices to consumer products to sophisticated enterprise software. He believes to create something truly innovative, you must first have a deep understanding of the human mind and how it shapes our actions and feelings. And furthermore, good design uses technology to help people enjoy getting things done.
