Ryan Dotters has spent the majority of his career in the golf industry and joined Full Swing Golf in September 2013 as a Business Development Consultant to oversee new corporate partnerships and establish a new ownership group. In January 2015, Ryan took over as CEO while simultaneously signing a partnership deal with Tiger Woods. Ryan led the

acquisition of Virtual Green in March of 2015 and has successfully led significant growth of Full Swing Golf. Previous to Full Swing, Ryan held key positions at Graphite Design(SVP Sales and Marketing), Taylor Made / Adidas Golf (Sales), Adams Golf (Regional Sales Manager – North East), and Callaway Golf (Corporate Sales). Ryan has been able to balance his passion for golf with his love for business.
