Ryan is an Executive Level Manager with over 20 years of progressive management experience in all aspects of; finance, compliance, divisional & product management, operations, advanced technology development, and real estate related investment opportunities.
Ryan has hands-on working experience and knowledge of the origination, operational
servicing, retention, and overall performance of both consumer and business credit instruments of all types.
During his career, he has held positions with direct responsibility for the servicing of financial portfolios as large as 9 million active accounts, with a gross operational value of $165 billion dollars. His current position requires the direct supervision of over 300 FTE and 10 direct managers located at multiple sites.
During the last 5+ years, Ryan has focused his entrepreneurial spirit and attention on the inception and consistent growth of a multi-functional real estate investment company (TRU) that buys and sells both non and performing real estate notes. During this time he has established his own proprietary operating platform, proven business models, fully compliant and transparent processes, and a note purchasing and sales network.
His most recent accomplishments include; the inception of social media campaigns across all channels that provide real estate investment related education, and the inception of a SEC approved 506(C) Fund for the sole purpose of Real Estate related investments.
