Mr. Carr joined M/C Partners in 2016 and focuses on investment opportunities in a variety of media, communications and IT services industry segments. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Thrive Networks and Denovo. He previously held an observer Board of Director seat at PlumChoice. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Carr worked at MVP
Capital (“MVP”), a Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) focused boutique investment bank. While at MVP, he completed a variety of financing and M&A transactions across a number of sectors, including wireless communications, wireless infrastructure, fiber infrastructure and media. Prior to MVP, Mr. Carr worked as a certified public accountant in the energy and telecommunications sectors of KPMG. Mr. Carr received a B.B.A. in Finance, Accounting and Entrepreneurship from Gonzaga University.
