Ryan C. Scott is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Bear Peak Power. He contributes 14 years of experience in the real estate and energy space, where he has specialized in directly sourcing overlooked and undervalued assets. Formerly, as a Partner at SMT Energy, Ryan led the land acquisition strategy resulting in the development of 55 MW of

Ryan is also the President of Terre Verte Company, an oil and gas mineral and royalty portfolio company, where he has strategically acquired and divested hundreds of thousands of acres of oil, gas, mineral, leasehold, operated, and non-operated interests, agricultural land, and other various assets.
