Rui Cavendish brings over 10 years of cross-border transactions experience.
Rui started his career in major law firms, both Brazilian and international – including Baker & McKenzie, having worked on several domestic and cross-border transactions, until signing on as general counsel for Latam and Africa of a division of Mitsui, a major Japanese
conglomerate.
Rui then chose to become an entrepreneur, and the firm he co-founded acted as a business development accelerator for companies and football teams, and started a successful real estate business, which he sold upon moving to China, in 2015.
Since then, Rui has dedicated his time to assist companies to grow their business internationally, through learning expeditions, content creation, strengthening alliances and partnerships, and catalyzing deals.
