Before leaving sales and marketing, she was responsible for leading a global technical
sales team to win the largest multinational video/network project for one of the world largest 500’s companies, and market leader is the chemical sector.
Today Ruba is part of the product development team, responsible for planning and transforming the existing service management offerings of Orange Business services
In 2013, Ruba along with other 8 women members in the same company, have created the Double You network in Egypt, which is part of the Global Double Network of Orange Business services, that is responsible for supporting diversity initiatives in the workplace. As steerco member, she has led lots of activities to promote gender diversity and empower women in the work place, as well as CSR activities to support Egyptian single moms.
