Roy brings over 30 years of technology, management, leadership and entrepreneurial experience to the team. Since joining the company, Roy has been focused on ensuring that ECP delivers exceptional client service and that the internal processes efficiently and effectively support the business.
Prior to his position at ECP, Roy was a Partner at
Accenture, a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. Though his responsibilities varied throughout his 21 years at Accenture, Roy specialized in managing large, complex systems integration projects for telecommunications companies. He also gained expertise in management, business development, and marketing strategy.
In 2005, after his career at Accenture, Roy along with his wife and business partner Claudia, acquired world-renowned multi-channel pet specialty business Cherrybrook. Roy and Claudia have expanded Cherrybrook's web presence, rolling out an ecommerce site that features a comprehensive catalog of items and exceptional usability and service. They created the concept for and launched three award-winning pet specialty brick-and-mortar stores emphasizing the healthiest, highest quality items for pets. Cherrybrook was recently awarded Pet Business Magazine’s Retailer of Excellence award and was selected by New Jersey residents as the Best Pet Specialty Store in Northern New Jersey
