Mr. Huang is an Alternate Chief Executive Officer, General Counsel and Group Head of International Banking of the Bank. He is also the Group General Counsel of CITIC International Financial Holdings Limited.
Mr. Huang has more than 31 years of
experience in legal and regulatory affairs in Hong Kong and the United States. Before joining the Bank, he was partner in charge of legal affairs Asia-Pacific at Andersen Worldwide.
Mr. Huang graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with an Artium Baccalaureus in History and Georgetown University Law School with a Juris Doctor Degree.
