During her first management assignment, she successfully achieved a company record by taking a 3-station radio cluster from a negative cash flow to +28 BCF in one year. Her sales team became the first in the company to increase sales in a single year by 44%. Over her career she has managed $69 million in sales to key media outlets. She enjoys what she does and doesn't see it as "work" but rather her passion brought to life.
