Ross Philo is a senior business leader and IT executive with transformational leadership experience with Fortune 500 companies, principally within the energy industry. He has held executive leadership positions in both the private and public sectors; as CIO in large and complex, multi-national organizations, plus experience as a CEO and board
member of smaller portfolio companies. He has been responsible for P&L management with budgets over $1B and has extensive cross-functional business experience in addition to his experience leading IT within global enterprises. During his career, he has led the development of a number of industry-changing technology innovations in the energy and public sectors, as well as leading several critical business process transformation initiatives.
Ross graduated with a BSc (Eng) with First Class Honours from Imperial College of Science and Technology, London, UK, and has completed a number of post-graduate management and business training courses at an MBA level.
