Ross is a Chartered OHS Professional with the Australian Institute of Health & Safety. Ross started his career in 1979 as an airleg miner, following which he worked at a number of underground operations before starting a contract mining business in 1986. Ross has been contracting since and was the founding shareholder in GBF.
