Prior to Escalate, Ross spent 10 years with Austin Ventures where he was a General Partner and focused on investments in software, communications, semiconductors, and services. He previously served as a director of Convio (CNVO), Reactivity (CSCO), Staktek Holdings (ENTN), iMark (ARBA), Whisperwire (CVG), and a number of privately-held companies.
Ross spent his early career with Lomas Financial Corporation, where he was involved in asset-backed securitization and structured finance.
