Mr. Schilling joined the Delphinus Board of Directors in 2012. His activity in medical imaging began in 1976 as the first Marketing Director for computed tomography at General Electric.
He then managed the Far East (first CT in China), strategic planning (strategy for GE becoming #1 globally), and GE’s x-ray business (#1 position in Neuro).
Mr. Schilling was recruited to build the MRI business of Diasonics in 1983, resulting in a #2 position in the U.S. market.
In 1986 he became CEO for Toshiba Medical in the U.S., growing the business from $87M to $400M in 5 years and directed the acquisition of Diasonics MRI.
Since 1991, he has been involved with venture capital initiatives, serving on boards and providing advisory services.
