Ronald L. Rossetti was the president and CEO of Nature Food Centres, a publicly held 200+unit retail chain. He sold Nature Food Centres to GNC in 1994 and remained on the GNC board until it was sold in 1999 to Royal Numico, a Dutch conglomerate. He has also served as a director of Official Payments Holdings, Inc., and CEO from July 2006 through
June 2010.
Since 1994, Mr. Rossetti has also been a general partner in several real estate limited liability companies, all commonly controlled by Riverside Capital Holdings. Mr. Rossetti is on the Board of Horizon Natural Resources and serves as a trustee of Northeastern University. Mr. Rossetti is a CPA and received a B.S. from Northeastern University.
