Ron is a retired Senior Partner at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, LLP. During his long and successful career with Cravath, Ron handled numerous high profile matters around the world. His litigation practice was broad based, including antitrust regulatory and litigation matters, defense of lawsuits brought by Federal Trade Commission, shareholder and
derivative suits and many other matters. Along with his litigation practice, Ron maintained an extensive international and domestic arbitration practice, including matters before UNCITRAL. He has represented some of the largest companies in the world.
In addition to CloudLexTM, Ron also serves on the Boards of Directors for Time Inc., Reynolds American Inc., Noranda Aluminum Holdings Corporation, Berry Plastics Group Inc. and Advanced Assessment Systems Inc. His civic activities include Columbia Law School Dean’s Council, Board of Trustees and President-Emeritus of The Allen-Stevenson School, Trustee Emeritus of The Lawrenceville School and Board of Trustees of De La Salle Academy.
