Mr. Ronald E. Armstrong has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, Director of Paccar Inc., effective April 27, 2014. Mr.Armstrong is President of PACCAR Inc and has held that position since January 2011. Mr. Armstrong served as Executive Vice President of the Company from August to December 2010, Senior Vice President from December 2007 to
July 2010, and Vice President from November 2002 to July 2010. Previously, he was a senior manager with Ernst & Young where he worked for 16 years. Mr. Armstrong was elected by the Board to serve as PACCAR’s Chief Executive Officer and a Class II director effective April 27, 2014. Mr. Armstrong has the attributes and qualifications listed in the Company guidelines for board membership. He is a certified public accountant, has a degree in Accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma, and thorough knowledge of commercial vehicle financing and global operations gained through 20 years with the Company.
