Romen LeFayer has been a consultant to buy-side clients for over 20 years, working with traditional asset managers as well as hedge funds. His experience spans the full specter of Investment Management Process including front-, middle-, and back-office business functions. His expertise lies in quickly grasping clients’ needs, translating them into
business requirements and formulating an actionable solution. Prior to consulting, Mr. LeFayer worked in various fixed income Sales & Trading and Research functions at Morgan Stanley, Prudential Bache, and First Boston Corp. He graduated from First Boston Sales & Trading Training Program and earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from MIT.
