Roman Wroath is an engineering management consultant and Operating Partner, focused on European catamaran manufacturing working in Stealth start-up mode.
His background spans 14 years in aerospace propulsion—7 years as a Royal Air Force engineer on RB211 Powerplant installations with tours of duties completed across the middle east including
extensive deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, Oman and other locations. This was followed by 7 years at GE Aviation leading continuous improvement initiatives across global facilities and leading special programmes up to $200m in value.
In 2018 Roman took a career break travelling Europe and Central America with his Family. in 2020 he transitioned into maritime engineering as an independent consultant focusing on sustainable boating in southern Europe deploying maritime super chargers and advising organisations across Europe with their GMT strategies.
Roman holds a First Class Honours in Mechanical Engineering and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He specialises in bringing aerospace-grade operational excellence to maritime manufacturing.
