Mr. Rokus L. Van Iperen is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of TKH Group NV. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Océ N.V. and also served as its Temporary Chief Financial Officer since April 19, 2011 and the Chairman of Board of Executive Directors of Océ N.V. since September 1999. He served as Managing Director of Océ-Belgium N.V.
since 1992 and also served as its Member of the Executive Board. His functional responsibilities were Strategy, Corporate Personnel and Organization, Research & Development, Secretariat of OCE N V and Legal Affairs, Corporate Communications. His geographical responsibilities were The Netherlands, United States (Chairman), Germany, Belgium and Japan. His 33-year career at Oce includes senior and executive management positions in Engineering, Research, Product Development and Operations. He was employed by Océ since 1978. After holding several positions within R&D at Océ, he served as its Assistant Director since 1986 and assumed responsibility for the Printing Systems business unit since 1989. He serves as the Chairman of the Board at Océ Document Printing Systems. Mr. van Iperen served as Chairman of the Board of Océ Imagistics, Inc. He has been an Independent Director of RTI International Metals, Inc. since October 1, 2011. He has been a Member of Supervisory Board at TKH Group NV since December 2011. He served as an Executive Director of Océ N.V. since May 1995. He also served as an Executive Director of Océ Imagistics, Inc. He served as a Member of Advisory Board for Rabobank Group and Coöperatieve Centrale Raiffeisen-Boerenleenbank B.A. He served as Member of the supervisory board at Academic Hospital Maastricht. He served as a Member of the Advisory Board of Rabobank Nederland and New Venture. Mr. van Iperen is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Technical University Eindhoven and the University Hospital Maastricht. He was a Member of the International Advisory Committee Industrial Design of the Technical University of Eindhoven. He obtained his Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Eindhoven University of Technology in Eindhoven, Netherlands.
