Rohit is an analyst working out of Battery’s San Francisco office. He focuses on later-stage, enterprise-software investments, including growth-equity deals, buyouts, rollups and take-privates.
Prior to joining Battery, Rohit interned at Hercules Technology Growth Capital, where he worked with the deal team to evaluate the financial performance
and strategies of public and private companies in the technology, clean-tech, and life-sciences sectors. Before that, Rohit worked for six months at UBS Investment Bank analyzing credit risk for commercial real estate counterparties, including REITs. Rohit also has experience working for GE Aviation.
Rohit graduated from Northeastern’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business with a BS degree in business administration, with concentrations in finance and entrepreneurship. During his time at Northeastern, Rohit was the founder and CEO of SafeRide Boston, a late-night, mass transportation service. He was also involved with Collegiate Alternative Investments Summit as their director of logistics.
