Rohan Hall is the Founder and CEO of OceSha Ventures , an AI-first venture studio building scalable, impact-driven companies at the intersection of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
Through OceSha, Rohan has founded and advised several ventures that exemplify the responsible use of AI, including:
Autism Inventory – a Software as
a Medical Device (SaMD) platform that uses multimodal AI to assist clinicians in autism diagnosis.
Speak & Play – a multilingual, browser-based AI system that helps parents support their children’s communication development through speech analytics and personalized reports.
NinjaCEO Foundation – a nonprofit teaching underrepresented youth how to use AI for education, entrepreneurship, and career advancement.
With more than 30 years of experience leading large-scale technology initiatives, Rohan has worked with global enterprises including Oracle/PeopleSoft, Corning, Honda, Capital Group American Funds, Avery Dennison, American Red Cross, and Nevada Power, deploying enterprise systems across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
Rohan’s work spans AI, blockchain, fintech, and automation, including developing one of the first blockchain-based global payment infrastructures used by more than 80,000 merchants worldwide, as well as multiple AI-first SaaS platforms in healthcare, education, and digital content.
He is also the host of the Explainable AI podcast, reaching over 2.5 million professionals worldwide, and author of The Convergence of AI and the Top 10 Emerging Technologies — exploring how AI is supercharging robotics, blockchain, quantum computing, and other frontier innovations.
A frequent educator and keynote speaker, Rohan’s mission is to help founders, enterprises, and investors harness AI and emerging technologies for scalability, efficiency, and measurable global impact.
