Condition: I've a form of idea tourettes. I've enjoyed a number of corporate positions and personal work in establishing 3 global social ventures and a number of startups. As such I endeavour to ensure World-class innovation and digital thinking rooted in a passion for behavioral psychology.

2011 winner of the UCL award for Innovation and the 2011 UnLimited award, a charity supporting social entrepreneurs. Additionally I'm privileged to be helping a number of charities and social cause start-ups.
Goals: Some of my personal goals are to encourage greater open source collaboration and nurture inspired action in everything I do with a focus on social causes.

Background: I am an innovation/ideas person. I'm addicted to creating and implementing truly meaningful services and products for the marketplace. I do strongly feel innovation is nothing without application, customer-centric value and successful delivery. And as a founder of 5 UK companies since 1998 and holding senior roles within two FTSE 250s I have firsthand experience with the challenges and benefits surrounding start ups and taking ideas from inception to successful delivery and beyond.
Personal: on a personal note I value enjoying life even more than the work I do, which I adore. I spend my time enjoying my family, friends, sports, frightening piano compositions and my ridiculous comedy script which still is far from complete (and in truth I hope I never finish it!).
